Responsibilities

• Manage inbound/outbound calls, texts, and email s to nurture leads
• Update CRM (Follow Up Boss) with accurate client records
• Engage prospects, qualify leads, and build rapport
• Schedule consultations, appointments, and follow-ups for agents
• Execute consistent follow-up campaigns to maximize conversions

Important Requirement
