About the Role

Scheduler / Office Coordinator

SLB In-Home Care — pediatric in-home nursing (Georgia, USA) · Remote (Philippines-based)
Work setup: Remote · Full-time, long-term · Must work U.S. Eastern business hours (families & nurses are in Georgia)

Pay: $640–$960 / month (equivalent to ~$4–$6/hour at ~160 hours/month), depending on experience

Reports to: Owners · works daily with the nurses, recruiter, and families

About the role:
SLB In-Home Care provides skilled nursing and personal-care support to medically fragile children across Georgia. We're
looking for a sharp, dependable Scheduler / Office Coordinator to run our day-to-day scheduling and family/nurse
communication desk.
You'll work alongside our automation — the system prepares the schedules, flags the changes, logs the calls, and builds
the tickets. Your job is the human side: review and confirm what the system prepares, make the calls, keep families and
nurses in the loop, and stay on top of the moving pieces so nothing falls through the cracks.

What you'll do:

  • Scheduling: maintain the weekly nurse/caregiver schedules; review and commit schedule changes the system drafts;

keep the calendar accurate.

  • Supervisory visits: schedule required nurse supervisory (SV) visits on cadence and send the reminders.
  • Calls & texts: handle inbound and outbound calls and texts with families and nurses — return missed calls promptly,

confirm appointments, answer scheduling questions.

  • Ticketing: own the request queue — log every family/nurse request, follow up, and close it out.
  • Timesheet coordination: chase missing shift notes and timesheets and flag discrepancies (the system helps surface

these).

  • Documentation: keep everything organized and up to date in our systems (CareBravo, ClickUp).

!!! Important — this is a phone-heavy, English-first role. You'll be talking to American families and nurses every day. Excellent
spoken and written English is required and will be tested in the interview. Dependability during U.S. Eastern hours is non-
negotiable.

Requirements:

Must have:
*Excellent spoken and written English — clear, warm, professional on the phone
*Strong organization and attention to detail; able to juggle many moving pieces without dropping any
*Reliable and available during U.S. Eastern business hours
*Comfortable working alongside software/AI — reviewing and confirming what the system prepares, not fighting it
*Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a good headset

Preferred:
*Home-care, home-health, or medical scheduling experience
*Experience with scheduling / EVV software (CareBravo, or similar)
*Experience with ClickUp or a similar ticketing / task tool

Bonus:
*Experience working with a U.S. company or in U.S. healthcare / Medicaid
*Customer-service or call-center background

How to apply:
Please send your résumé and a short voice recording or Loom video introducing yourself (so we can hear your English),
plus brief answers to:
1. Describe your scheduling or coordination experience.
2. Do you have any home-care, healthcare, or U.S.-company experience?
3. What tools have you used — scheduling software, EVV, ClickUp, ticketing?
4. Tell us about a time you managed a lot of moving pieces or last-minute changes. How did you stay on top of it?
5. Your available hours in U.S. Eastern time, and your internet speed.

!!!! Only candidates with strong English and real coordination experience will be considered. This is a long-term role with room
to grow into an operations lead.
