Cold Caller/Lead Specialist/Appointment Setter

Position Requirements
We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Specialist who can effectively recruit commission-only salespeople and develop strong business partnerships with low-voltage companies across the United States.

Key Requirements
Excellent English Communication Skills – Must speak clear, professional, and confident English, with strong conversational and listening skills (no heavy accent). Sounds like American.
Cold Calling Experience – Comfortable making outbound calls, introducing the company, handling objections, and engaging potential recruits and business partners.
Strong Relationship-Building Skills – Able to establish trust, maintain professional relationships, and develop long-term partnerships.
Sales Recruitment Ability – Capable of identifying, approaching, and recruiting commission-only salespeople who can sell video monitoring and security services.
Business Development Skills – Able to identify and establish partnerships with low-voltage companies in the United States, including companies involved in security systems, structured cabling, surveillance, access control, and related services.
Professional and Persistent – Must be comfortable with rejection, follow up consistently, and maintain a professional attitude throughout the recruitment and partnership-development process.
Self-Motivated and Results-Oriented – Able to work independently, manage outreach activities, and consistently meet recruitment and partnership goals.

English Introduction Recording Requirement
As part of the initial screening process, please send at least five (3) short English introduction recordings by Friday or Monday, August 15/16.

Each recording should be brief and should include:
The candidate's name and a short personal introduction.
A clear demonstration of their English communication skills.
A statement that they are calling to recruit commission-based salespeople for a video monitoring/security company.
A professional and confident delivery, as if speaking to a potential salesperson.

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week EST
Salary: USD 5.00 per hour

"Hi, my name is [Name]. I'm calling on behalf of a video monitoring and security company. We're currently looking for experienced salespeople who are interested in earning commission by offering our security and video monitoring services. I'd like to speak with you briefly about this opportunity and see if it may be a good fit for you."
