Data Entry Specialist (Credit Repair Experience is a MUST!)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with hands-on credit repair experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, accurate, and comfortable working with credit-related information while communicating clearly in English.

Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain client information accurately in our systems.
• Review and organize credit repair-related data and documentation.
• Ensure all records are complete, accurate, and up to date.
• Assist with updating client accounts and tracking credit repair progress.
• Review documents for missing or incorrect information.
• Perform regular data quality checks and correct discrepancies.
• Communicate with internal teams regarding client information and account updates.
• Handle sensitive client information with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Perform other administrative and data entry tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in credit repair is required.
• Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow processes and instructions carefully.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and online systems.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with credit reports, disputes, or credit repair processes.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data management tools.
• Experience working in a remote or U.S.-based company.
