Full-Time Cold Caller / Appointment Setter | Work From Home

We’re looking for a few strong callers in the Philippines to join our team.

This is a real outbound calling role. You’ll be calling businesses in the US, speaking with owners/managers, and seeing if they’re interested in getting a quote for commercial cleaning.

We’re not looking for someone who sounds robotic or reads a script word for word. We want people who can actually hold a conversation, sound confident, and keep going after hearing “not interested” a few times.

Pay:

$600 USD/month base
$10 USD for every qualified appointment
Paid consistently and on time

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 7 hours per day
• US daytime hours / Philippines night shift
• Full-time, long-term role

You’ll probably do well here if:

-You’ve done cold calling, appointment setting, telesales, or BPO work before
-Your English is clear and easy to understand
-You’re confident talking to business owners
-You don’t get discouraged easily
-You have reliable internet, a good headset, and a quiet place to work
-You actually show up when you say you will

Experience is preferred, but I care more about how you sound on the phone than how good your resume looks.
