Starting Pay: $3.50/hour for the first 100 hours

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly resourceful Technical Support & Web Specialist who is excellent at troubleshooting, website management, GoHighLevel, SEO, and client communication.

This is not just a website design position.

We need someone who enjoys figuring things out. When a website breaks, a domain is not connecting, an automation stops working, a client cannot provide the right credentials, or a technical issue appears unexpectedly, you should be comfortable investigating the problem and finding a solution.

Most importantly, you must be customer-facing and comfortable working directly with U.S.-based clients.

You may be asked to join Zoom meetings with clients to collect credentials, walk them through technical steps, troubleshoot problems, explain what information we need, or help resolve an issue live.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build, edit, maintain, and troubleshoot websites using WordPress and Wix
Work extensively inside GoHighLevel (GHL), including websites, funnels, forms, calendars, workflows, automations, CRM settings, integrations, and troubleshooting
Manage GoDaddy domains, DNS records, hosting settings, SSL certificates, redirects, and domain connections
Troubleshoot website errors, plugin conflicts, broken forms, integrations, DNS problems, email /domain issues, tracking problems, and other technical issues
Perform on-page and technical SEO
Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text, internal links, URLs, and schema markup
Work with Google Search Console, Google Analytics/GA4, and related tools
Improve website speed, mobile responsiveness, crawlability, indexing, and overall performance
Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot WordPress themes and plugins
Connect third-party tools and integrations when required
Help clients locate and securely provide necessary credentials and account access
Join Zoom calls with U.S.-based clients when technical assistance is needed
Screen-share with clients and guide them through technical steps in a patient and professional manner
Explain technical problems in simple, non-technical language
Research unfamiliar technical issues and independently work toward a solution
Document credentials, changes, troubleshooting steps, and completed work properly
Manage multiple client projects and communicate progress clearly with our internal team
MOST IMPORTANT: TROUBLESHOOTING

We are specifically looking for someone who is a problem solver, not someone who only knows how to follow instructions.

You should be comfortable receiving a message such as:

“The client's form suddenly stopped sending leads.”

“Their domain isn't connecting to GoHighLevel.”

“The WordPress website is showing an error.”

“The client doesn't know where to find their DNS settings.”

“Google Search Console isn't verifying the website.”

“The automation isn't triggering.”

You should be able to investigate the issue, identify possible causes, test solutions, and communicate what needs to happen next.

You do not need to know the answer to every technical problem immediately. However, you must know how to research, troubleshoot, test, and find solutions.

CUSTOMER-FACING REQUIREMENT

This is extremely important.

Our clients are primarily located in the United States, and this position may involve direct interaction with them.

You must:

Speak and understand English confidently
Be comfortable appearing on Zoom meetings
Communicate professionally with U.S.-based clients
Be patient with clients who are not technically experienced
Be comfortable asking clients for the information or credentials needed to complete a task
Guide clients through account access, permissions, verification codes, DNS settings, integrations, and other technical processes
Remain calm and professional while troubleshooting an issue live
Explain technical concepts without overwhelming the client
Represent our company professionally during every client interaction

If you are technically strong but not comfortable speaking directly with clients on Zoom, this position will not be the right fit.
