Part Time Affiliate & Content Assistant

About the role

I'm a UK based content creator (curve/plus size fashion and lifestyle) looking for a reliable, detail oriented assistant to help manage my affiliate links and create visual content. This is a great fit for someone comfortable with ShopMy, LTK, Amazon Associates, Canva, and social platforms.

Responsibilities

Manage and update my ShopMy account (main focus), keeping product links accurate, current, and nothing broken or expired
Manage and update my Amazon Associates and LTK accounts, adding new products and maintaining existing links
Design and post 2 collages per week (Instagram Stories format), using provided photos/content and an existing style guide
Follow brand guidelines closely (fonts, colours, layout) so all content feels consistent
Flag any issues (broken links, missing products, unclear content) rather than guessing

Requirements

Experience with ShopMy, LTK, or Amazon Associates strongly preferred
Strong Canva skills (please share 2 to 3 sample collages or story templates with your application)
Comfortable with Instagram Stories and basic social media tools
Good written English and fast, clear communication
Reliable, detail oriented, and able to meet a weekly schedule
