Ads specialist - Longterm (fulltime Remote)

We are looking for a passionate FULL-Time Ads Specialist

Responsibilities

• You do NOT need to write ad content , design graphics, or edit videos
• Test, test, and test different videos, images, content, etc until they convert
• Optimise existing and new ads to increase conversions
• Ensure congruency across all ads, landing pages, content, etc
• Work with developers to set up general tracking, conversion tracking, etc for every account
• Convert cold/warm traffic into subscribers, leads (with name, email & phone number), members of a Facebook group, or to a sale (depending on the account)

Expected Expertise

-Has experience in custom reporting, eg, with Google Looker Studio (NOT a requirement but nice to have)
-Aware of the latest Google Ad changes
-Aware of the latest Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad changes

• Fast and reliable internet
• Working Full Time Australia business hours (Monday to Friday) - Not applicable for people wanting a part ---------- job
• Facebook ads & Instagram ads
• Proven solid work experience of 2+ years
