Remote Bookkeeper (Xero Expert)

Job Description:
Synchro Sales is looking for an experienced Remote Bookkeeper with deep Xero expertise to take ownership of our daily financial workflows.

If you take pride in flawless accuracy, know Xero inside and out, and love keeping payables and receivables perfectly organized, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily bank, credit card, and merchant account reconciliations.
Full-cycle Accounts Payable (processing invoices, matching POs, preparing pay runs).
Full-cycle Accounts Receivable (invoicing, tracking payments, follow-ups).
Maintaining overall ledger integrity in Xero.

Requirements:
High proficiency in Xero (non-negotiable).
Strong background in AP/AR operations and reconciliation workflows.
Previous experience supporting Australian clients/businesses is a big plus.
High-speed internet and a dedicated remote work setup during AU hours.
Preferable: Experience filing BAS statements in Australia
