Amazon Wholesale VA – Restock & Admin Support (Full-Time)

Amazon Wholesale Catalog & Replenishment VA

We are an established U.S.-based Amazon wholesale business looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant to help analyze supplier catalogs, manage restocks, and build purchase orders.

The goal of this position is simple: make sure we are finding every profitable opportunity available from our existing suppliers and keeping our profitable products in stock.

What You'll Do
Thoroughly analyze supplier catalogs containing hundreds or thousands of products
Identify profitable products that meet our purchasing criteria
Review products we currently or previously sold for restock opportunities
Review products that are low-stock or out of stock in our Amazon account
Re-evaluate products we previously stopped buying to see if they have become profitable again
Monitor changes in pricing, demand, competition, and profitability
Build organized proposed purchase orders for assigned supplier accounts
Maintain accurate spreadsheets and records of your work

Thoroughness is extremely important. We do not want someone who looks at the first 50 products in a catalog, finds three winners, and stops. We want someone who will systematically work through an account and make sure profitable opportunities aren't being missed.

Accuracy is equally important. Every product recommended for purchase must meet our profitability criteria after product cost, Amazon fees, and other applicable costs are considered.

Requirements
Experience analyzing products for resale on Amazon
Experience using Keepa
Strong understanding of profit, ROI, Amazon fees, pricing, sales history, and competition
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and follow a repeatable process
Comfortable working through large catalogs and large amounts of product data

This is a long-term, full-time position. We offer a flexible work schedule and flexible time off with advance notice.

Our goal is to find someone who can eventually take ownership of this process. We want to assign you a supplier account and be confident that its catalog, existing products, restocks, and purchasing opportunities have been thoroughly and accurately reviewed.
