Advanced SEO Specialist – Long-Term Position

We are looking for an experienced SEO specialist for a long-term position. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of aggressive and unconventional ranking strategies, understands their risks, and can identify scalable opportunities while protecting websites from penalties.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze large-scale AI-generated content, content spinning, keyword stuffing, hidden text, and duplicate or scraped content.
• Identify doorway pages, cloaking, and other search-engine manipulation techniques.
• Audit backlink profiles for PBNs, link farms, paid links, comment/forum spam, Web 2.0 links, and expired-domain strategies.
• Research parasite SEO opportunities and high-authority publishing platforms.
• Monitor algorithm changes, ranking loopholes, competitor activity, and emerging SEO trends.
• Detect negative SEO, suspicious bot traffic, CTR manipulation, and other threats.
• Recommend strategies based on potential impact, sustainability, and penalty risk.
• Provide clear reports on findings, actions, and ranking performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in advanced technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
• Strong understanding of Google penalties and spam policies.
• Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
• Ability to analyze websites, backlink profiles, indexing issues, and SERP movement.
• Strong research, documentation, and communication skills.
• Must be discreet, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Must be interested in a long-term working relationship.
