JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for someone who enjoys research, relationship building, and thoughtful outreach.

This is NOT a Virtual Assistant or administrative role.

Your mission is to identify the right influencers, business partners, and industry professionals, then start meaningful conversations that can lead to long-term partnerships.

This position requires strategic thinking, research, and personalized communication—not mass messaging.

If you rely on copy-and-paste templates or spam outreach, this role is not for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Research influencers, creators, brokers, and professionals
Understand each person's audience and positioning
Write personalized outreach messages (Instagram, LinkedIn, Email , etc.)
Send one thoughtful follow-up when appropriate
Track conversations using Google Sheets
Continuously improve outreach based on reply quality and results
HOW WE MEASURE SUCCESS

We do NOT measure hours worked.

Instead, we evaluate:

Reply rate
Quality of replies
Meaningful conversations started
Qualified meetings
Professional communication
Continuous improvement
PAID TRIAL

The trial period lasts approximately 1–2 weeks.

Trial Compensation
Fixed payment: PHP 3,000
Performance incentives also apply during the trial

The trial includes:

Research
Personalized outreach
Follow-ups
Progress tracking
Reporting

Successful candidates will be invited to continue working with us long-term.

LONG-TERM COMPENSATION

After successfully completing the paid trial:

Fixed monthly payment: PHP 8,000
Additional performance incentives every month
PERFORMANCE INCENTIVES

In addition to the fixed payment:

JPY 500 for each qualified reply that demonstrates genuine interest in discussing a collaboration.
JPY 3,000 for each completed online meeting.

A qualified reply must show clear interest in learning more about a potential collaboration.

Meeting incentives are paid only when the scheduled online meeting is actually completed.

Outstanding performers may receive additional bonuses and increased responsibilities over time.
