JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a creative and organized Virtual Assistant to help manage our social media presence and day-to-day content tasks.

The ideal candidate enjoys social media, understands basic content creation, and is comfortable working with platforms such as Facebook , Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Schedule and publish social media posts.
• Assist with creating simple graphics and posts using Canva.
• Write and edit captions based on provided guidelines.
• Research content ideas, trends, and competitors.
• Organize social media content calendars.
• Respond to comments and messages when needed.
• Monitor social media accounts and report important activity.
• Repurpose existing content for different platforms.
• Upload images, videos, and other content assets.
• Track basic engagement and prepare simple reports.
• Assist with other marketing and administrative tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good written English.
• Familiarity with Facebook , Instagram, TikTok, and/or LinkedIn.
• Basic Canva skills.
• Creative and organized.
• Good attention to detail.
• Comfortable researching information online.
• Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Reliable computer and internet connection.
• Previous social media or VA experience is a plus.
