Sales Support Virtual Assistant (Chat/Email) – Remote

About the Role:
We're hiring a Sales VA to handle inbound customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and help convert conversations into sales — all through chat and email , no cold calling required.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat and email
• Qualify leads and guide them through the sales funnel
• Upsell or recommend products/services based on customer needs
• Follow up on abandoned carts, quotes, or unresponsive leads
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk, Shopify Inbox)
• Handle objections and escalate complex issues when needed
• Track daily/weekly sales metrics and report to the team
• Maintain a friendly, on-brand tone in all customer interactions

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or chat support
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Familiarity with CRM or helpdesk tools is a plus
• Comfortable multitasking across multiple chat threads
• Goal-oriented and comfortable working with sales targets/KPIs
• Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
