What You’ll Do:
Use Workiz to schedule and dispatch jobs
Coordinate with technicians and provide real-time updates to customers and partner companies
Handle calls professionally, provide status updates, and manage follow-ups
Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience using Workiz (required)
Background in dispatching/scheduling (home services experience preferred)
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Strong customer service skills
