We need one support person to own the entire customer inbox. Not a team, not a pool of freelancers. One person, paid well, staying for years.

What you own

The inbox. All of it. Email s, subscription changes, refunds, guarantee claims, chargeback documentation, and the weekly summary of what customers keep complaining about.

Nobody will check your queue for you. That is the point of hiring someone good.

How we will measure you

We are telling you this upfront so there are no surprises in month three:

First response under 12 hours, every ticket, no exceptions
Queue at zero before you log off
CSAT above 4.7
Subscription save rate on cancellation requests, we will set the target together after your first month
Weekly issue report, every Friday, unprompted

Hit those and you get raises, bonuses, and more responsibility. Miss them consistently and we part ways quickly and politely. We are direct about this because most support hires fail on expectations that were never stated.

Hard requirements

Native-level written English. Not conversational, not "very good". Our customers are American consumers and the gap is obvious to them. This is the first thing we test.
Ecommerce support experience, with brands you can name
Shopify: orders, refunds, fulfillment, customer records
Overlap with US business hours
Reliable connection, quiet space, no second full-time job
