Faceless Content Creator (Finance & Health)

McKinnie Management is looking for a versatile Faceless Content Creator to research,
script, and edit short-form video content for two separate, complete brand pages:
1. A credit/personal finance page
2. A health & wellness page
These are two distinct pages with their own identity, tone, and audience — not
one combined page. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining a consistent
content presence on both, individually. This is a full-cycle role: you’ll come up with
content ideas, write scripts, source or generate voiceover, and edit finished videos
ready to post on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts — for each page
separately.
No on-camera appearance required — this is 100% faceless content (voiceover, text-on-
screen, screen recordings, and stock/AI-generated visuals).

Responsibilities
Manage two separate content pages independently — one for credit/personal
finance, one for health & wellness — each with its own topics, tone, and posting
cadence
Research trending topics and content angles specific to each page’s niche
Write short, punchy scripts (60–120 words) with strong hooks in the first 2 seconds,
tailored to each page’s audience
Record or generate voiceover (AI voiceover tools acceptable)
Edit videos using CapCut, Premiere, or similar (captions, pacing, trending
sounds/transitions)
Source stock footage, B-roll, or AI-generated visuals to match scripts
Deliver a consistent content schedule — target of 6–8 finished videos/week
combined across both pages (split reasonably between the two)
Format and export videos correctly for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Stay within compliance guardrails for each niche (no guaranteed results, no medical
claims, no “get rich quick” framing — see Content Guardrails below)
Track basic performance metrics (views, retention, engagement) per page and
adjust content based on what’s working
Requirements
Proven experience creating faceless short-form video content (portfolio or example
videos required)
Strong short-form scriptwriting skills — hooks, pacing, clarity
Video editing proficiency (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
Comfortable researching finance and health topics accurately
Understanding of (or willingness to learn) compliance basics for finance/health
content
Self-directed — able to manage a content calendar independently
Reliable internet and equipment for video editing
Nice to have:
Experience specifically in credit repair, personal finance, or wellness content
Familiarity with AI content tools (voiceover generators, script generators, auto-
captioning)
Existing faceless account(s) you can show as proof of performance

Content Guardrails (Important)
Finance/credit content: No guaranteed results, no promises to “erase” or
“guarantee removal” of credit items — general education and real (permission-
based) client outcomes only
Health content: No medical claims, dosages, or “cures” — general
wellness/education framing only, with disclaimers where appropriate
Content should build trust through real, specific, useful information — not hype or
generic advice
Payment
Paid weekly via Wise, based on number of completed, approved videos delivered that
week ($10/video).
