Part-Time Podcast Production Assistant — Foreskin Restoration Podcast

About the role

Help produce a weekly podcast featuring conversations with people who have successfully restored or partially restored their circumcision (foreskin restoration), including advocates, researchers, or medical professionals in the space.

Responsibilities

Source and vet guests with relevant lived experience or expertise
Research each guest beforehand (writings, blog posts, forum posts, interviews, social presence)
Prepare a brief for the host: bio, key talking points, notable quotes, suggested questions
Schedule and confirm weekly ~30-minute recording sessions (any recording platform is fine — Zencastr, Riverside, StreamYard, etc.)
Send and track release/consent forms from guests prior to recording
Edit the recording into a finished episode (intro/outro, cuts, audio levels, captions if video)
Publish weekly to Spotify, YouTube, and other platforms with show notes, titles, and thumbnails
Maintain a one-week turnaround from recording to publish

Requirements

Comfortable with podcast editing software (Audacity, Descript, Premiere, etc.)
comfortable with using AI like Claude and ChatGPT
