Youtube Ideation Expert/ Channel Manager

Mad Media is looking for an EXPERT YouTube Channel Manager to build out the team for our growing YouTube Automation Network. In the last month alone, our team currently has 13 monetized channels has accumulated 9 MILLION Long form views and our goal for the upcoming month is to double our views to 20 MILLION Long form views!

You will be handling a team, ideation for topics, thumbnail directions, and keeping up with niches. Experience with ideation prior to this job is MANDATORY and newbies will NOT be entertained. We will still train you on our full workflow and how to run our specific channels.

We offer a monthly salary of $600, plus a $10 bonus for every 100k views on a channel. Expect to do 10+ video ideas a day.
