Production & Quality Control Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production & Quality Control Coordinator to manage factory communications, artwork processes, quality assurance, and order follow-up. This role acts as the key link between our company and manufacturing partners based in China to ensure products are produced accurately, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact with factories and suppliers for production status, timelines, and issue resolution.

• Coordinate and manage artwork processes, including reviewing proofs, samples, tech packs, and production files for accuracy, brand compliance, and manufacturability.

• Follow up on purchase orders and production schedules — monitor progress from sampling through bulk production and shipment, proactively flagging delays or risks.

• Communicate clearly and regularly with internal teams (design, sales, merchandising, logistics) and external factory partners.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in production coordination, quality control, factory liaison, or supply-chain roles (manufacturing, apparel, print, packaging, or promotional products preferred).

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tens of orders simultaneously.

• High attention to detail, especially with artwork, specifications, and quality criteria.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets; experience with PLM, ERP, or production tracking tools is a plus.
