China Manufacturing Liaison / Sourcing Specialist

About the Role
We are a brand owner that partners with contract manufacturers in China to produce our own-brand products.
We are looking for an experienced professional to act as the primary bridge between our company and Chinese factories.
This person will manage day-to-day, supplier relationships, quality issues, and production coordination.
The ideal candidate has deep, hands-on experience working with Chinese manufacturers and can operate confidently across cultures and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Translate technical requirements and product feedback clearly between our team and factories
Monitor production progress, resolve delays or issues, and keep all parties informed
Maintain accurate records of suppliers, pricing, samples, and production data

Requirements

Extensive hands-on experience liaising with Chinese manufacturers / contract factories

Strong understanding of Chinese manufacturing culture, processes, and common challenges

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
