Amazon FBA Supplier Research VA (OA & Wholesale) – Long-Term Position

About the Position

I am looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help build and improve my Amazon supplier database.

I already have a spreadsheet containing 8,000+ legitimate online retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and brands.

Your primary responsibility is NOT to source products. Your job is to carefully go through this database, identify the highest-quality suppliers, organize the information, and continuously improve the supplier list so my sourcing team can work more efficiently.

This is a long-term position for someone who enjoys research, organization, and Amazon FBA.
Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include:

• Browse through my database of 8,000+ suppliers
• Visit each supplier’s website
• Identify which suppliers have the highest sourcing potential
• Rate suppliers (A, B, or C)
• Categorize suppliers as:
• Online Arbitrage
• Wholesale
• Distributor
• Brand
• Liquidation
• Remove duplicate suppliers
• Remove inactive or broken websites
• Verify supplier information
• Add detailed notes for each supplier
• Find and record:
• Clearance sections
• Coupon opportunities
• Promo codes
• Cashback opportunities
• Tax-exempt availability
• Free shipping thresholds
• Brand restrictions
• MAP pricing (if applicable)
• Flag the suppliers that should be prioritized by the sourcing team
• Add new high-quality suppliers you discover during your research
• Continuously improve and maintain the supplier database

• Keepa
• SellerAmp SAS
• Tactical Arbitrage
• Google Sheets
• Microsoft Excel

Trial Period

• Paid Trial
• 5 Business Days
• $4 USD/hour
• Up to 3 hours per day

Successful candidates will be offered a long-term position with increased hours and performance-based raises.
