Shopify Product lister

We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Lister to manage and maintain our Shopify store's product catalog. The ideal candidate will source and edit product images, generate compelling product names and descriptions using AI tools, and accurately upload complete listings to our Shopify store. This role is critical to ensuring our storefront is visually appealing, accurately described, and optimized for conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Source, edit, resize, and optimize product images for web use (background removal, cropping, compression, consistent formatting)
Upload high-quality product images to each Shopify product listing
Generate SEO-friendly, engaging product titles and descriptions using AI writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper)
Edit and fact-check AI-generated content for accuracy, tone, and brand voice consistency
Create and manage Shopify product listings, including pricing, variants (size/color/etc.), inventory counts, SKUs, and tags
Organize products into correct collections and categories
Apply SEO best practices to product titles, descriptions, meta fields, and image alt-text
Maintain consistency in formatting, style, and branding across all listings
Proofread listings for grammar, spelling, and accuracy before publishing
Update or remove discontinued/out-of-stock products
Track and report on daily/weekly upload progress
Collaborate with the marketing/design team on promotional listings and product launches
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience with Shopify (product uploads, admin panel, collections, variants)
Familiarity with AI content generation tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.)
Basic photo editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, Photopea, or similar)
Strong written English with excellent grammar and attention to detail
Understanding of basic SEO principles for e-commerce
Ability to manage repetitive tasks with high accuracy at volume
Good time management and ability to meet daily/weekly listing targets
Basic spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets) for tracking inventory/uploads
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
Experience with bulk upload tools (CSV import/export, Matrixify, etc.)
Knowledge of Shopify apps for image optimization or AI content generation
Prior experience in dropshipping, fashion, beauty, or general retail e-commerce
Basic understanding of HTML for formatting product descriptions

Product listings are live, accurate, and error-free
Images are consistent, high-quality, and properly optimized
Product descriptions are engaging, on-brand, and SEO-optimized
Daily/weekly listing quotas are consistently met
Minimal errors requiring correction after publishing
