Paid Ads Manager

Full-Time Paid Ads Manager | $2,800/Month + Performance Bonuses

We are looking for an experienced Paid Ads Manager to manage, optimize, and scale Meta Ads and Google Ads for our real estate business.

Our current advertising budget is approximately $4,000–$8,000 per day, so we are looking for someone who is highly experienced in managing significant ad spend and consistently improving campaign performance.

Responsibilities
Manage, optimize, and scale Meta and Google Ads campaigns
Monitor and improve CPL, CPQL, CAC, and ROAS
Test and optimize audiences, creatives, ad copy, and landing pages
Analyze lead quality and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
Track the full lead journey from ad click to qualified lead and revenue
Provide regular weekly and monthly performance reports
Proactively identify issues and opportunities for growth
Requirements
Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads
Strong track record in paid lead generation
Experience managing $4,000+/day in ad spend is strongly preferred
Experience with real estate or high-ticket lead generation is a major plus
Strong understanding of campaign optimization, scaling, attribution, and analytics
Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance
Compensation

$2,400 USD/month + weekly/monthly performance bonuses

Performance bonuses will be based on campaign results, lead quality, and overall performance.
