PRIMALS is growing, and we're looking for a reliable and highly organized Customer Service Representative to join our team.
If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping customers while keeping things organized, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do:

✅ Respond to customer email s and Phone inquiries
✅ Manage and process orders through Shopify
✅ Assist with customer concerns and order updates
✅ Support the team with various administrative and operational tasks
What we're looking for:
✅ Experience using Shopify
✅ Excellent written English communication skills
✅ Highly organized with strong attention to detail
✅ Flexible and willing to take on tasks beyond customer support
✅ Self-starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

Starting at $4 USD/hour
Paid weekly via PayPal

The details:
???? Full-time, work from home
⏰ 10-hour shifts per day
???? Available at 7:00 PM (Philippine Time) time for daily team meetings
???? Paid training provided
