Workiz Dispatcher (Remote)

Do you know Workiz inside and out? We're looking for an experienced Garage Door Dispatcher who can keep technicians, customers, and daily operations running smoothly in real time.
This is a full-time remote position with a growing garage door company serving customers across Texas.

What You'll Do
•⁠ ⁠Schedule and dispatch garage door service calls using Workiz.
•⁠ ⁠Assign jobs to technicians and optimize routes and schedules.
•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with technicians and provide real-time updates to customers and partner companies.
•⁠ ⁠Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
•⁠ ⁠Follow up on appointments, ETAs, job progress, and completed work.
•⁠ ⁠Keep Workiz job statuses, notes, and customer information accurate and up to date.
•⁠ ⁠Help ensure daily dispatch operations run smoothly and efficiently.

What We're Looking For
•⁠ ⁠Required: Hands-on experience using Workiz.
•⁠ ⁠Experience as a dispatcher or scheduler in the garage door industry.
•⁠ ⁠Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
•⁠ ⁠Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
•⁠ ⁠Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
•⁠ ⁠Able to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
