Part-Time Social Media Community Manager - 1 Hour Daily (FB/IG/TikTok)

We're a growing Physical Therapy and Online Training business looking for a reliable, detail-oriented VA to manage our social media community across Facebook , Instagram, and ---------- ---------- is a part-time role (1-2 hours/day) that will work alongside our full-time VA, with growth opportunities available to increase hours and take on additional responsibilities over time. Responsibilities
-Respond to ---------- and comments on Facebook , Instagram, and TikTok daily
-Monitor comments across all three platforms and identify commonly asked questions weekly
-Answer common/recurring questions in the comments daily
-Check Instagram and Facebook comments to confirm auto-replies were sent; manually send a reply if one was missed
-Copy and paste text and Google reviews into our branded carousel/single-post templates (one-time task at the start)
-Complete daily workflow tasks in our branded workout app Trainerize

Required Skills
Must Have:

Excellent written English
Experience managing social media comments/DMs (Facebook , Instagram, and/or TikTok)
Strong attention to detail and consistency (this role is small but daily — reliability matters most)
Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
Own computer/smartphone with stable access to social platforms
Comfortable learning new tools

Nice to Have:
Experience using Canva or similar design tools
Experience using Many Chat or social media automation tools
Previous VA experience supporting a social media team
Experience communicating with leads through social media

Working Hours & Schedule

Part-time: approximately 1-2 hours per day, Monday-Friday
Work any hour, but tasks (comment checks, auto-reply verification) should be completed daily, not batched
Will coordinate with our existing full-time VA, so consistency and communication are important

Compensation:
$5-8/hour depending on experience, paid for the 1 hour/day worked. Room to grow hours and responsibilities
