Wix E-Commerce Store Builder & Operations Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Wix E-Commerce Store Builder & Operations Assistant from the Philippines.

Your main responsibility will be building and preparing e-commerce stores, product pages, and landing pages using Wix.

You will receive the products and instructions from our team. Your job is to turn them into clean, professional, and fully functional online stores that are ready for advertising.

You do not need to be an advanced programmer or graphic designer.

We use templates, examples, checklists, and a repeatable store-building process. Once you understand our system, you will be able to complete most tasks efficiently.

Your Main Responsibilities
Wix Store Creation
Build complete e-commerce stores using Wix
Create product pages and landing pages
Build simple sales funnels for individual products
Upload product images, videos, descriptions, prices, and variations
Organize menus, product categories, headers, and footers
Configure basic Wix e-commerce settings
Set up product options, shipping information, and checkout pages
Add important store pages such as contact, shipping, returns, and frequently asked questions
Follow our templates and store-building guidelines
Make sure every store looks professional and trustworthy
Product Page and Landing Page Creation
Create clear and attractive product pages
Present product benefits in an easy-to-understand way
Add product images, videos, icons, reviews, and frequently asked questions
Create strong headlines and calls to action
Organize page sections correctly
Make sure product information is accurate
Improve existing pages when required
Create new landing page variations for advertising campaigns
Store Testing
Test all buttons, links, forms, and navigation
Check product prices and variations
Test the complete checkout process
Make sure stores work correctly on desktop and mobile devices
Check for spelling, layout, and formatting errors
Identify and report technical problems
Make sure every store is ready before advertising begins
Store Operations
Upload and update products
Keep existing stores organized
Process and fulfill customer orders
Add tracking information when available
Monitor order status
Report stock problems, supplier delays, and fulfillment issues
Update store information when necessary
Keep shared tracking sheets accurate
Track basic revenue, expenses, product costs, and profit
Coordinate with the Media Buyer before new campaigns are launched
Who We Are Looking For

You may be a good fit if you:

Have experience using Wix
Have built a Wix website, online store, or landing page before
Understand how Wix products and checkout pages work
Can upload and organize products correctly
Have a good eye for clean and professional page layouts
Pay close attention to details
Can follow examples, instructions, and checklists
Are organized and reliable
Can complete recurring tasks without constant supervision
Have good written English
Are comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel
Can communicate problems clearly
Have a reliable computer and internet connection
Preferred Experience

Working with dropshipping stores
Processing and fulfilling online orders
Using Canva for simple image editing
