[Job Description]

Position: Online ESL Teacher & Student Homework Reviewer

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Korea Standard Time / KST)

Location: Remote / Work from Home

[Key Responsibilities]

1:30 PM – 2:00 PM (KST): Review, correct, and provide feedback on students' daily homework.

Option 1: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (KST) – 4 teaching hours

Option 2: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM (KST) – 5 teaching hours

[Compensation]

Option 1 (1:30 PM – 6:00 PM): 9,000 PHP / month

Option 2 (1:30 PM – 7:00 PM): 11,000 PHP / month

Salary Growth: Up to 3,000 PHP / month for exceptionally qualified candidates with proven grammar expertise and strong teaching performance.

Requirements

Flawless English Grammar: Must have a thorough, near-perfect command of English grammar rules and the ability to explain them clearly.

Punctuality & Reliability: Strict adherence to the daily schedule is required.

Stable internet connection (with backup power/connection preferred) and a quiet working environment.

Prior ESL teaching or writing/grammar correction experience is preferred.
