We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Flooring Sales Representative to help grow our luxury vinyl plank flooring business.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new customers through cold calling homeowners, contractors, property managers, and businesses.
• Develop relationships with customers and contractors.
• Identify customer needs, preferences, budgets, and project requirements.
• Recommend appropriate luxury vinyl plank flooring products and other flooring solutions.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and installation options.
• Prepare accurate sales quotes when possible
• Schedule in-person appointments for customers when needed.
• Maintain professional communication and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent English-speaking and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, polite, and confident personality.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and developing new business.
• Strong customer-service
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Sales experience is preferred, especially in flooring, construction, remodeling, home improvement, or related industries.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Comfortable using a computer to prepare quotes and communicate with customers.
