Creative Strategist | Performance Ads

We’re looking for an experienced Creative Strategist who understands how to build ad concepts that are actually designed to convert.
A big plus if you have experience working in the trading, investing, finance, or algorithmic trading niche.
This is not a role for someone who simply puts a prompt into ChatGPT and sends whatever comes out.
We use AI in our workflow, but we need someone who can think independently, research angles, understand customer psychology, write strong copy, and come up with original creative briefs on their own. AI should enhance your thinking, not replace it.
What you’ll be doing:

• Researching competitors, audiences, offers, and winning ads
• Developing new hooks, angles, concepts, and creative strategies
• Writing strong direct response ad copy
• Creating detailed static and video ad briefs for designers and editors
• Breaking down winning ads and understanding why they work
• Coming up with new iterations based on performance data
• Working closely with the creative team to continuously produce new tests

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Creative Strategist or Direct Response Copywriter
• Strong copywriting and ad copy skills
• Strong understanding of Meta/Facebook advertising creatives
• Able to think creatively without relying completely on AI
• Understands hooks, awareness levels, pain points, objections, desires, and customer psychology
• Can turn research into clear, executable creative briefs
• Comfortable studying competitors and finding new angles
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently

BIG PLUS:
Experience with trading, investing, finance, fintech, algorithmic trading, or similar niches.
