Senior Media Buyer | E-commerce & Trading Experience Preferred

We’re looking for an experienced Media Buyer with a strong track record managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns.
This is not an entry-level role. Proven media buying experience is required.
You must have experience managing six figures USD in ad spend and be confident making decisions based on performance data, creative testing, and profitability.
Experience in the trading, investing, finance, fintech, or algorithmic trading niche is a strong plus.
What you’ll be doing:

• Managing and optimizing Meta/Facebook ad campaigns
• Scaling profitable campaigns while controlling acquisition costs
• Managing significant advertising budgets
• Testing new creatives, hooks, audiences, offers, and campaign structures
• Identifying winning and losing creatives based on performance data
• Working closely with our creative team and giving clear creative feedback
• Monitoring CPA, ROAS, MER, CTR, CPM, CVR, and other key metrics
• Finding opportunities to improve performance and scale
• Helping determine which creative angles and concepts should be tested next

Requirements:

• Proven professional media buying experience is required
• Must have personally managed $100,000+ USD in ad spend
• Strong experience with Meta Ads
• Experience scaling performance campaigns
• Strong understanding of direct response advertising
• Strong understanding of creative testing and performance analysis
• Able to analyze data and make independent decisions
• Able to clearly explain why a campaign, creative, or angle is working or not working
• Reliable, organized, and able to take ownership of account performance

BIG PLUS:
Experience running ads for trading, investing, finance, fintech, algorithmic trading, or similar offers.
We want someone who already has real hands-on experience, not someone who has only completed media buying courses or managed very small budgets.
