Short Term Rental Guest Services Coordinator

Hawaii Vacation Homes is a boutique short-term rental management company based in Kihei, Maui. We manage 21 vacation rental listings and are growing. We are a small, close-knit team and we take pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Guest Services Coordinator to join our team remotely. This is a part-time role with a mix of structured admin hours and on-call availability.

What the role involves:
-Managing guest communications across Airbnb, VRBO, direct booking, and SMS
-Coordinating with vendors, handymen, and cleaners
-Monitoring properties and handling issues as they come up
-Working directly under our Guest Services Manager on daily operations

What we're looking for:
-Experience in the short-term rental industry
-Strong written English and fast response times
-Reliable internet and a smartphone for on-call hours
-Someone dependable, detail-oriented, and self-directed

Compensation: $850/month, paid weekly
