Direct Response Copywriter

We are looking for an experienced Direct Response Copywriter to join our team and work on multiple ecommerce brands.

This is not a general content writing role. We need someone who understands direct response, customer psychology, paid traffic, and conversion focused copy.

You will be responsible for:

• Advertorials
• Listicles
• Meta ad copy
• Presell pages
• Sales pages
• Hooks and creative angles
• Customer research
• Competitor research
• Developing unique mechanisms and positioning

You should also be comfortable building and formatting advertorials and listicles directly inside Shopify.

Requirements

• Previous direct response copywriting experience
• Experience working with ecommerce or DTC brands
• Strong understanding of advertorials and listicles
• Experience writing Meta Facebook and Instagram ad copy
• Strong customer research skills
• Understanding of awareness levels, pain points, objections and buying psychology
• Ability to turn research into strong hooks, angles and persuasive stories
• Shopify page building experience
• Excellent written English
• Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines

Proof of success is required.

We are looking for someone who has already worked with brands and can demonstrate that their copy has produced results.
