What You'll Do:

Receive a script from us
Build the full video using AI tools — talking heads, b-roll, voiceover
Source footage from TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Deliver clean, ready-to-run Meta ads
All AI tools are provided. You pay for nothing

What We're Looking For:

a SEASONED guy in AI and have a wide portfolio of strong ads you have made in the past
Also, ambition to grow & get better

Pay:

1.5 - 3k$ depending on your experience
Performance bonuses when your ads win
Rates go up as you prove yourself
Top performers move into senior editor roles

P.P.S. Look, I'm not going to pretend this is just another video editor gig. It's not. Most editing jobs you submit a cut, someone says "looks good," and you never find out if it worked. Here you will know. The data comes back fast and it is brutal and it is honest and when your ad wins, everybody knows it was you. That feeling is hard to explain to people who have never had it.
