Hiring Senior ECommerce Video Editor ( Extra Performance Bonuses!!)
Confidential employer
About Us
We are a DTC eCommerce brand. We run paid social at a serious scale, and our creative is what separates us from everyone else in our space.
We are looking for a creative operator who understands *why* ads work, cares about performance, and takes real pride in the quality of their craft.
If you are the kind of editor who obsesses over the first three seconds, rewatches your own work to find what is not landing, this position is for you.
What This Role Looks Like
This is a full-time, long-term position. We do not hire editors to cycle through. We hire people we want to grow with, and we protect our best people.
Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday
Output expectation
- 1 video per day if the project is a long-form VSL (up to 5 minutes)
- 3 videos per day for short-form ads
You will produce Facebook ad creative across multiple formats. You will have a clear brief, organized assets, and a team behind you. What we need from you is execution at the highest level.
What You Will Create
- Direct-response video ads built to drive purchases
- UGC-style ads that feel authentic, not produced
- AI spokesperson and presenter videos that look and sound human
- AI-generated B-roll that supports the script without looking artificial
- Motion-graphics ads with clean visual hierarchy
- Hook variations and creative iterations
- Testimonial, review-style, and listicle ads
- Product demonstrations and comparison ads
What We Need From You
Direct-Response Editing
You understand what makes someone stop scrolling and what makes them buy. You can turn a script and a brief into a complete, conversion-focused ad. You know how to build a hook, carry tension through the video, and close with a call to action that actually converts.
UGC Editing
You can take raw creator footage and make it feel effortless. You know when to cut, when to leave imperfections in, and how to improve weak delivery without making the creator sound edited.
AI Video Production
You can use AI tools to generate or enhance spokesperson footage, voice-overs, and B-roll. You know how to catch the glitches, correct unnatural pacing, and produce an end result that does not feel artificial.
Motion Graphics and Sound Design
You can animate text, benefits, reviews, and offers in ways that aid clarity. You understand audio balancing, music selection, and how sound design affects retention.
Organization and Communication
You manage your own workload. You know what is due and when. You communicate blockers before they become problems. You submit clean, organized project files every time.
Required Experience
