Airbnb Customer Support

HOLIDAY HOME/VACATION RENTAL EXPERIENCE MANDATORY. We are seeking a reliable VA with at least 2 years experience in vacation home rentals and Airbnb. You can handle guest enquiries, cleaning coordination and record keeping. Also bookkeeping tasks, specifically investor payouts and expense tracking. The role requires overnight availability (approx. 10-12 hours per shift) to help us provide 24/7 coverage. Prior experience in Dubai is a plus.

Working hours: 7pm to 5am

Responsibilities:

• Manage guest reporting
• Handle customer queries and issues including escalating any maintenance requirements or urgent assistance requests.
• Cleaning coordination
• Damage claims and tracking lost items
• Track and categorize expenses.
• Maintain accurate financial spreadsheets.
• Provide reports on request.

Requirements:

• Bookkeeping/accounting background.
• Reliable internet and computer setup.
• Customer service, hospitality or short term rental experience is essential
• Ability to work overnight hours (Philippines time).
• Experience working with Dubai-based businesses is a plus.
