Busy SEO Content Solopreneur Seeks a Consistent Content Operator Who Communicates

I run SEO content for 4 clients. Every month, 28 pages have to get written, edited, illustrated, published, and logged on time, every time, without me chasing anyone.

I need one person to own that entire loop. This is not a "get 28 pages live on schedule with zero drama" job.

The monthly load
Client A — 4 pages, B2B service
Client B — 2 pages, B2C service for kids
Client C — 2 pages, B2B/B2C product
Client D — 20 pages, real estate

What each post actually involves
1. Take the brief. I give you the topic, keyword, and angle. The calendar is locked before the month starts.
2. Run it through the prompt library to generate a draft.
3. Edit that draft into something a real person would want to read. This is the part I care about most.
4. Choose and size 4-12 images per page in Canva, to brand spec.
5. Publish in the client's CMS: meta title, meta description, H1, internal links, alt text, page slug, post category, featured image, in-text images.
6. Log the live URL in Asana and check off the task

What you already need to know how to do:

• Publish in a CMS. Our clients use Wordpress, Squarespace, and Sierra. If you've used one CMS seriously, you're trainable on the others.
• Edit AI drafts. We use generative AI. Then we make them better. What I need is someone who can read a draft and immediately see what's generic, what's wrong, what's missing, and what someone actually working in that industry would say and then fix all of it.
• Basic on-page SEO. Meta titles and descriptions, headings, internal linking, alt text, and page paths.
• Basic on-page Design. Pick images from the client library, size them correctly, keep it on brand.
• Use Internal Tools: Asana, Canva, Google Sheets, Slack.
• Write clear, professional English email s to clients. Not perfect English. Clear English with a warm and competent tone. Some clients will eventually email you directly.

What I give you:

• A tested prompt library, you never start from a blank box

• A Definition of Done checklist built into Asana, so "finished" is never a matter of opinion
• Topics locked before the month begins
• Make the very first word of your message Thursday in all caps. It tells me you read all the way down here.
• A real ramp: We'll start on 8 posts across 3 clients for the first 90 days, then add in the 4th starting month 4.
• A bi-weekly call, and daily availability on slack.

Pay
Base: $11 USD/hour — about $264/month your first 90 days, $924/mo after.
Performance Bonus: up to $96/mo first 90 days, $336/month after

The bonus is not a vague "if I'm happy" bonus. It's four components worth an extra $12 per post, reviewed every month, and every one of them is inside your control:

$4 — Drafts, Edits, and Post are completed by deadline
$4 — No missed checklist requirements
$4 — Beat time goal of 3 hours per post

• 13th month bonus every December

How to apply
Don't waste your credits, just bid minimum. I read all replies.

1. A live URL of a post you both wrote and published yourself. Tell me which CMS, roughly when it went live, and what you did on it beyond typing.

2. Show me your editing. Paste one paragraph of raw AI output, then paste your edited version of that same paragraph. Any topic.

3. What hours can you overlap with 8 AM–5 PM Arizona time? Give me the window in both Arizona time and your local time.

4. Your internet: a Speedtest screenshot, and what your backup is when your main connection goes down.
