Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Lead Generation and Data Research Virtual Assistant to help us find, research, and organize potential business contacts and opportunities.

The ideal candidate enjoys online research, working with spreadsheets, verifying information, and maintaining accurate data.

Responsibilities:

• Research potential clients, companies, and decision-makers
• Build and maintain targeted lead lists
• Collect and verify contact information
• Perform online research using search engines, LinkedIn, company websites, and other available sources
• Enter and organize data in Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM systems
• Check and clean existing databases
• Remove duplicate or inaccurate information
• Categorize and segment leads based on provided criteria
• Prepare research summaries and reports
• Follow detailed instructions and meet daily or weekly targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in lead generation, web research, data entry, or Virtual Assistance is preferred
• Strong internet research skills
• Experience using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow processes and instructions
• Good written English
• Comfortable handling repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Reliable computer and stable internet connection

Nice to Have:

• Experience using LinkedIn for lead research
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Experience with B2B lead generation
• Knowledge of email verification or data enrichment tools
