Experienced Cold Caller – Real Estate Lead Generation & Sales

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Cold Caller to join our team and help generate quality leads through outbound calls.

The most important requirement is strong cold-calling experience. You do NOT need to have real estate experience, but experience in real estate, real estate wholesaling, lead generation, sales, property management, or a similar industry is a strong plus.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience making cold calls
• Speaks English clearly and professionally
• Is confident and comfortable speaking with strangers on the phone
• Can build rapport and keep conversations going
• Can handle rejection without getting discouraged
• Knows how to ask good questions and qualify prospects
• Has a professional and positive attitude
• Is reliable, consistent, and able to work independently
• Has experience generating leads or setting appointments

What You Will Do

• Make outbound cold calls to potential customers and prospects
• Follow a provided script while sounding natural and conversational
• Speak with prospects, identify their needs, and qualify them
• Generate quality leads and/or appointments
• Record accurate information from each call
• Follow up with prospects when necessary
• Communicate results and feedback to the team

Preferred Experience

Real estate or real estate wholesaling experience is preferred but NOT required.
