JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a motivated and professional Virtual Assistant to handle customer communication and sales inquiries through chat and email .

You will communicate with potential customers, answer questions, provide information about our products or services, and help convert inquiries into sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to customer inquiries through live chat, email , and other communication channels.
• Answer questions about products, services, pricing, and availability.
• Follow up with potential customers and existing leads.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Handle basic objections and help customers make purchasing decisions.
• Maintain professional and friendly communication at all times.
• Record conversations, leads, and sales activities.
• Follow up on leads that have not yet converted.
• Escalate complex customer issues when necessary.
• Assist with other customer service and sales-related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent written English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and confident personality.
• Comfortable communicating with customers through chat and email .
• Good sales and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle multiple conversations and tasks.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Reliable computer and internet connection.
• Previous sales, customer service, chat support, or VA experience is preferred.
