JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to assist with Amazon product listings and e-commerce-related tasks.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with spreadsheets, researching products, entering information, and following detailed instructions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and update Amazon product listings.
• Enter product titles, descriptions, bullet points, specifications, and other product information.
• Research products and competitors online.
• Upload and organize product images and other listing assets.
• Check existing listings for missing or incorrect information.
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, and bullet points based on provided guidelines.
• Maintain product information in spreadsheets and other systems.
• Research keywords and relevant search terms.
• Identify duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate product information.
• Assist with general Amazon and e-commerce administrative tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good written English.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good internet research skills.
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Reliable computer and internet connection.
• Previous Amazon, e-commerce, product listing, or VA experience is a plus.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Previous experience with Amazon Seller Central.
• Experience creating or editing Amazon product listings.
• Knowledge of Amazon SEO and keyword research.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, eBay, or Walmart.
• Basic image editing skills.
