Affiliate Marketing Bootcamp Trainer (Work From Home | Entry to Mid Level)

We're building a team of sharp, hungry marketers to train and lead affiliate bootcamps under a growing digital brand.

This isn't a typical VA role. You'll go through our structured marketing bootcamp first, the same one our users complete, and if you graduate, you'll step into a trainer role running your own bootcamp group.

What the process looks like:

You apply → go through the bootcamp as a participant → graduate → become a bootcamp trainer with your own team

Who we're looking for:

Someone who actually enjoys learning how affiliate and digital marketing works
You can write and explain things clearly in English. People will be reading your replies and depending on your guidance
Consistent. If you ghost, you're out. If you don't reply, you're out.
You don't need years of experience, but you need to be the type who figures things out without waiting to be told every step
Detail oriented: you'll be using tools, forms, and systems, and we track engagement

What bootcamp trainers do (after graduating):

Run daily check ins with your assigned bootcamp group
Answer affiliate questions and guide participants through challenges
Log everything in the team's shared systems
Report to leadership regularly

You're NOT a fit if:

People often have a hard time understanding what you're trying to say in writing
You need someone to walk you through every little thing before you take action
You're working with or considering working with competing platforms
You ignore SOPs or skip required training

Sample posts given so you're not starting from scratch

Pay:

Starting pay is $100 a month during the bootcamp phase. Once you graduate and step into a trainer role = TBD
