Digital Marketing Mentor (Affiliate & Organic Growth | Work From Home)

Most people say they want to get into marketing. Very few actually do the work.

We're looking for the ones who do.

If you've ever posted content, run an ad, grown a page, or figured out how an offer converts on your own, we want to see it. We're expanding our affiliate marketing program and we need people who can learn fast, execute, and eventually guide others through the same process.

How it works:

You don't walk in as a mentor. You earn it. Every candidate goes through our affiliate marketing bootcamp first as a full participant. No shortcuts, no special treatment. If you graduate, you join our internal team as a paid mentor running your own group.

Who this is for:

People who are self driven and don't need to be pushed to figure things out
Anyone with at least some experience posting content or working with digital offers across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook , YouTube, or Pinterest
Someone who communicates clearly and simply in writing. Your words need to make sense to people at all levels
People who are serious about building income around their marketing skills

What you'll do as a mentor:

Guide your assigned bootcamp group through the program
Answer questions, flag issues, and keep participants on track
Stay active in team systems and log your work consistently
Join regular check ins with leadership especially in your first few weeks

This is not for you if:

Your written communication is hard for others to follow
You wait to be told what to do before you move
You're open to working with platforms that compete with us
You skip training materials or avoid using team tools
