Cold Calls for Real Estate

I am looking for someone who has successful experience with cold calling potential home sellers and setting listing appointments for a realtor (myself). Must have experience with the 3-line Mojo dialer (that's the program I signed up for and am starting to use). Must be an extrovert with a warm, cheerful, optimistic, and caring personality; self-driven and confident in your ability to achieve results. The number of hours depends on your results. The better the results, the more hours I can pay for. Bonuses: $100 for each property that came through your work and I listed and sold. Fluent in English is a must.
