Real Estate Land Investing VA – Lead Management & Appointment Setting

Keystone Land Buyers is a U.S.-based vacant land investment company looking for a reliable long-term Virtual Assistant.

Primary responsibilities will include:

• Pulling and organizing vacant-land owner lists
• Working inside LandAtlas or similar real estate data platforms
• Managing Smarter Contact SMS campaigns
• Monitoring and responding to incoming seller texts
• Qualifying interested property owners
• Following up with leads
• Booking qualified seller appointments on my calendar
• Keeping lead and property information organized
• Basic spreadsheet/CRM work

Experience with U.S. real estate investing, vacant land, wholesaling, SMS lead generation, LandAtlas, Smarter Contact, PropStream, or similar platforms is a major plus.

Strong written and spoken English is very important because this position may eventually involve communicating directly with property owners.
