Experienced Personal Brand Manager/Podcast Editor/Exec Assistant

I am considering hiring a personal brand manager who can help me develop a personal brand that:

1. Helps develop and promote my voice separate from our company (for whom I operate as CEO) through use of PR, podcast promotion, speaking engagements, and social media.

2. Edits (or coordinates) the editing of the podcasts and maintains bi-weekly distribution.

3. Handles scheduling flights and hotels, booking PR events, podcast guests, and more as time moves forward.

4. Eventually will manages my company inbox + the personal brand email .

Can grow into more of a robust role.

Looking for someone who can "push back" on some of my crazy ideas to help me develop a personal brand that can A) cross-pollinate our main business selling to garden centers, landscapers and end users and B) grow into an individual brand of my own pursuing facilitating problem solving sessions for businesses, speaking, appearing on podcasts, growing my own podcast, and writing books.

I need someone with experience who can guide me on how to step into the arena. I do not need someone that I have to manage. I need someone who helps manage me in this endeavor.
