Full-Stack Developer - Early-Stage Proptech Marketplace (Remote)

We're building a proptech marketplace for the Spanish real estate market, launching first on the Costa del Sol. Looking for a full-stack developer to build the first working version alongside the founder.

What We're Building
A marketplace connecting property investors, real estate agents, and developers

Agents submit property deals (off-market and on-market)
Deals go through a vetting step before going live (manual for now, handled by the founder)
Investors browse vetted deals, with full details unlocked via a paid-access model
Agents can browse a filtered list of registered investors
Payments via Stripe: one-off investor unlock fees + recurring agent subscriptions

Simple internal admin tool needed so the founder can mark submitted deals Pass/Fail and push approved ones live
Built to expand beyond the Costa del Sol into other Spanish regions over time

What We're Looking For
Proven full-stack experience, front end and back end

Comfortable with a modern frontend framework (React/Next.js) and a solid backend (Node, Django, or similar)

Database design experience (PostgreSQL or similar)
Experience integrating Stripe or a comparable payment system, both one-off and recurring

Able to recommend and justify a tech stack, not just execute one we hand you
Clear written English and comfortable working async with a founder based in Spain

Engagement
Remote, ongoing, starting with a first working version of the platform

Rate: open range depending on experience, please quote your hourly rate
Full-time or near full-time availability preferred
