VIDEO EDITOR WANTED, LONG-TERM, $500/MONTH

We run a large short-form content operation, our clips pull millions of views across a big network of accounts, and we're adding editors to the team. Long-term position with steady work every single week.

The work: Editing recorded OmeTV sessions into short viral clips. You watch the footage, find the moments worth clipping, and cut them into clean vertical clips with sound effects, captions and good pacing. You're not hunting for perfect moments, normal ones work fine, we just skip the boring small talk. What matters is that a stranger watching can follow what's going on. We provide all the footage, there's always more than you can finish.

The pay, two options, you choose:

1. Standard. Steady hours, fixed pay. You work the set schedule, hit the daily numbers, and get the same $500 every month. Nothing to calculate and no surprises. If the footage is thin one day you still get paid the same.

2. Per clip. You get paid for every clip you deliver. Hit the same daily numbers and you land on the same $500, but there's no ceiling on it. An extra hour or two a day puts you around $600, and the ones who really push go past that. Plus $10 on top for every clip that passes 1M views.

Both are paid on the 1st and 15th, always on time. No hourly rate and no time tracker either way.

Requirements: Full-time, around 8 hours a day, 6 days a week. Fast stable internet and a PC that handles editing smoothly. Short-form editing experience, CapCut is enough.

Every clip goes through review and only approved clips are paid, we approve everything as long as the quality is there. We choose few people and keep the ones who deliver.
