Virtual Assistant to help manage the administrative

We are hiring a Virtual Assistant to help manage the administrative and reconciliation side of our Amazon and Walmart e-commerce business.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced with at least one of these platforms: Amazon Seller Central or Walmart Marketplace.
Responsibilities
Track and record monthly Amazon and Walmart sales.
Reconcile Amazon and Walmart purchases against prep center reports/sheets.
Reconcile Amazon and Walmart deliveries against prep center records.
Compare SKUs, quantities, orders, purchases, and shipments to identify discrepancies.
Investigate missing or incorrect inventory and shipment information.
Maintain accurate Excel/Google Sheets records.
Review marketplace reports and update internal tracking sheets.
Communicate any discrepancies or issues promptly.
Assist with other administrative tasks related to Amazon and Walmart operations.
Requirements
Previous experience with Amazon Seller Central or Walmart Marketplace.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Experience with inventory, purchasing, orders, or shipment reconciliation.
Ability to work independently and follow processes.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work full-time and consistently meet deadlines.
Prep center experience is a strong plus.
Experience with both Amazon and Walmart is preferred, but not required.
Ideal Candidate
You don't need to be an expert in both platforms, but you should have strong working knowledge of at least one platform and be comfortable learning the other.
The most important qualities are accuracy, accountability, attention to detail, and the ability to identify when numbers or records don't match.
